Julianne Hough set for another Cody film

 

 

Julianne Hough is set to dig into another round with Diablo Cody.
The Rock of Ages starlet has just wrapped filming on the screenwriter’s untitled directorial debut.
Variety reports that Julianne is now attached to Cody’s romantic dramedy Time and a Half.
The film will be directed by Thandie Newton’s husband Ol Parker for Groundwell Productions and Mad Chance Productions.
In Time and a Half, Julianne portrays a recent college graduate that takes a temporary job at a trophy store.
At this shop she runs into her sister’s high school boyfriend, with whom she had a one-night stand.
With Julianne set for the role the filmmakers are now looking to cast her character’s sister. This actress will need to be the right fit to work with the Footloose starlet.
Julianne first got her big break as a professional on Dancing With The Stars before segueing into movies with her first major role in Burlesque.
She is currently filming Safe Haven opposite Josh Duhamel, an adaptation of Nicholas Sparks’ novel.
